This class combines drills with competitive play-action games. We have a 15 minute warm-up and then stroke development (technique) for the first 45 minutes and then move to 45 minutes of competitive game-based play. Its design is for competitive players, ages 12-17, JV and Varsity players. 10-year-olds can also join if experienced players. The play-action game-based games combine competitive play with team camaraderie and team building.
